| 1/2 | lb tilapia |
| 2 | cups diced potatoes |
| 2 | leeks |
| 3 | cups water |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 1/2 | cup chopped dill |
| 1 | tbs mushroom |
| 1 | tsp butter |
- saute leeks in butter
- add pototes and water
- cook 10 minutes
- add diced fish
- cook 10 minutes
- add dill
