Egg Burrito

Makes 1 serving

Breakfast for dinner!

Ingredients
4 eggs
3 tbsp onion, yellow, sweet
1/2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
1/2 oz. cheddar cheese
1 tortilla, wheat
Directions
  1. Mix eggs, onion, milk.

  2. Melt butter in pan

  3. Add egg mixture & cook to desired consistency.

  4. Melt cheddar on top & wrap it up in a tortilla.
