canned green beans, grown from garden seasoned with salt pork, or streak of lean

Ingredients
2 pints green beans
1 oz salt pork
Directions
  1. melt salt pork in a pressure cooker

  2. drain water from canned green beans, leaving enough to cook

  3. add to pressure cooker

  4. 15-20 minutes cook time

  5. season with salt and pepper
