banana peppers

Ingredients
12 banana peppers
4 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/8 cup panko
Directions
  1. blend cheeses

  2. cut pepper in half long ways

  3. scrape seeds and membrane from peppers

  4. press cheese blend into each pepper half

  5. press cheese side of pepper into panko

  6. bake 325 for 30 minutes
