Tofu Kebabs Recipe

A healthful delight - perfect at a barbecue

Ingredients
200 g tofu, cubed
8 cherry tomatoes
1 small zucchini, chopped
50 g of button mushrooms
100 g of pearl onions
2 sprays pam
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
Directions
  1. slide ingredients onto 2 skewers

  2. coat with balsamic

  3. spray with pam

  4. broil or grill until cooked
