Vegetable Soup Recipe

Yummy, low cal soup.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cubes vegetable stock cubes
2 carrots
3 stalks celery
1/4 onion
6 cups water
Directions
  1. Put vegetable broth in a pot, on medium heat

  2. Cut all vegetables into even sized pieces

  3. Add vegetables to pot, bring to a boil

  4. Add in any spices of your choice

  5. Simmer until vegetables are tender
