| 1 1/2 | cubes vegetable stock cubes |
| 2 | carrots |
| 3 | stalks celery |
| 1/4 | onion |
| 6 | cups water |
- Put vegetable broth in a pot, on medium heat
- Cut all vegetables into even sized pieces
- Add vegetables to pot, bring to a boil
- Add in any spices of your choice
- Simmer until vegetables are tender
