| 1 3/4 | cups flour |
| 1 | cup warm water |
| 1 | tsp sugar |
| 2 | tbs oil |
| 400 | g tomatoes |
| 200 | g onions |
| 5 | olives |
| 2 | cups cheddar, grated |
- Grow 1 sachet yeast in the warm water and sugar.
- Mix dough using flour and yeast mixture. Leave to rise until doubled, knead and leave to rise again.
- Press out dough on pan. Don't push right to the edges: let the dough rest for a few minutes before stretching it to the edges. Weird, but it works.
- Top with tomatoes, onions and any other topping you like, and top that with grated cheese.
- Bake at 200C until crust is golden.
