Pizza Recipe

our family recipe

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs oil
400 g tomatoes
200 g onions
5 olives
2 cups cheddar, grated
Directions
  1. Grow 1 sachet yeast in the warm water and sugar.

  2. Mix dough using flour and yeast mixture. Leave to rise until doubled, knead and leave to rise again.

  3. Press out dough on pan. Don't push right to the edges: let the dough rest for a few minutes before stretching it to the edges. Weird, but it works.

  4. Top with tomatoes, onions and any other topping you like, and top that with grated cheese.

  5. Bake at 200C until crust is golden.
