this is a double recipe I made in two different sized loaf pans.
| 6 | bananas |
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | cup ground flax seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | cup oat flour |
| 1/2 | cup ground almonds |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 | tablespoons of butter |
- in a large bowl, mix flours, ground flax seeds, baking powder and soda, and ground almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas.
- mix bananas into flour mixture, also adding eggs, butter and vanilla extract.
- bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees, checking for doneness after 45 minutes.
- eat and enjoy. yum!
