Flax Oat Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

this is a double recipe I made in two different sized loaf pans.

Ingredients
6 bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup ground almonds
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
Directions
  1. in a large bowl, mix flours, ground flax seeds, baking powder and soda, and ground almonds.

  2. In a separate bowl, mash bananas.

  3. mix bananas into flour mixture, also adding eggs, butter and vanilla extract.

  4. bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees, checking for doneness after 45 minutes.

  5. eat and enjoy. yum!
