Ingredients
3 button mushrooms
1/2 cup egg whites
1 egg
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
28 g smoked gouda cheese
2 tbsp fat free milk
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Make omelette from the ingredients.
