Something I came up with while trying to figure out what to do with some apples.
| 6 | small apples |
| 3/4 | c dried cranberries |
| 1 | oz walnut halves |
- Chop apples into small pieces, place in a mixture of water with a little lemon juice. Drain.
- Chop walnut halves and put in a bowl. Add apples and cranberries. Stir and enjoy!
