| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | medium onion, diced, fried |
| 2 | medium tomatoes, diced, fried |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp mixed herbs |
- add oil, onion, tomato and mixed herbs to frying pan. cook untill soft.
- mix boiled rice and tomato mix together.
