Ingredients
4 cups rice, boiled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced, fried
2 medium tomatoes, diced, fried
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
Directions
  1. add oil, onion, tomato and mixed herbs to frying pan. cook untill soft.

  2. mix boiled rice and tomato mix together.
