Tuna Cakes Recipe

Tuna cakes

Ingredients
3 oz. canned tuna
1 egg
1 tbsp. mayo
20 crackers
1 tbsp. mustard
4 oz. onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
  1. heat olive oil in skillet over medium high

  2. crumble half the crackers and set aside for coating

  3. crumble the other half of the crackers and combine with the rest of the ingredients

  4. form into "cakes", then dredge in crumbled cracker coating

  5. place in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes per side

  6. makes 4 cakes
