Ingredients
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup grape nuts cereal
6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup ice
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, puree to desired consistency.
