A flavorful veggie sandwich

Ingredients
1 slice sourdough bread
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Spread cream cheese onto bread. Add cucumber and onion, then sprinkle with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Toast bread for more flavor.
