Mexican gravy is eaten with tortilla chips as an appetizer or main dish. Gravy can be Mild, Medium or Hot depending on the Mexican sauce selections.

Ingredients
| 1 |
oz. cream of celery |
| 1 |
oz. cream of mushroom |
| 1 |
oz. cream of chicken |
| 1 |
oz. enchilada sauce |
| 1 |
oz. taco sauce |
| 1 |
oz. cooked hamburger meat |
Directions
- To a crock pot add the following ingredients:
- 1 - 10 oz. can of Cream of Celery
- 1 - 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom
- 1 - 10 oz. can of Cream of Chicken
- 1 - 12 oz. can of Enchilada Sauce
- 1 - 12 oz. bottle Taco Sauce
- Let simmer on low heat.
- Brown 2 lbs of hamburger meat and drain off grease. Break meat into small piece for easier eating.
- After crock pot ingredients are hot, add the browned, ground hamburger and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to simmer for another 30 minutes and serve with Tortilla chips for dipping.
