Quick and Easy Chinese Veggie and Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe

Quick and easy stir-fry of vegetables and tofu. Can be seasoned a variety of ways.

Ingredients
250 g tofu
4 cups bok choy
330 g green peppers, chopped
30 g oyster sauce
Directions
  1. Saute bok choy and green pepper in a bit of water (no oil necessary).

  2. Once vegetables are crisp-tender, stir in tofu blocks.

  3. Add seasoning (oyster sauce, soy sauce, or similar).

  4. Stir well and serve.
