Quick and Easy Chinese Veggie and Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe

Quick and easy stir-fry of vegetables and tofu. Can be seasoned a variety of ways.
| 250 | g tofu |
| 4 | cups bok choy |
| 330 | g green peppers, chopped |
| 30 | g oyster sauce |
- Saute bok choy and green pepper in a bit of water (no oil necessary).
- Once vegetables are crisp-tender, stir in tofu blocks.
- Add seasoning (oyster sauce, soy sauce, or similar).
- Stir well and serve.
