Slow Cooker Red Beans Recipe

Ingredients
9/10 pounds dry red beans
1 small onion
1 medium bell pepper
2 tsp flour
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Directions
  1. Soak beans overnight

  2. Add red beans, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper to slow cooker.

  3. Add water to cover, Season to taste.

  4. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

  5. Mix flour and milk. Add to beans.

  6. Serve over rice with sausage.
