Homemade Pizza Toppings

Makes 8 servings

Just the toppings.

Ingredients
8 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup onions
1/4 red peppers
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tbsp garlic
50 grams tomato, diced
Directions
  1. Sweat the veggies in a pan. Mix in the spices and sauce. Then, cover the pizza in the veggie/sauce mix. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake 12 minutes on a premade thin crust pizza bread thingy. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
