Minced beef and tomatoes; Just add pasta.

| 1 | onion |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | tbsp Italian seasoning |
| 2 | oz sweetcorn |
| 2 | oz mushrooms |
| 1 | carrot |
| 1 | stock cube |
| 1 | tbsp tomato puree |
| 2 | oz red wine |
| 425 | g tomatoes |
- Heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the minced beef and brown off.
- Add the carrots and sweetcorn, Italian seasoning and canned tomatoes.
- Add the wine and mushrooms ans simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with pasta.
