Bolognese For Spaghetti Recipe

Makes 3 servings


Minced beef and tomatoes; Just add pasta.

Ingredients
350 g minced beef
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 oz sweetcorn
2 oz mushrooms
1 carrot
1 stock cube
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 oz red wine
425 g tomatoes
Directions
  1. Heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the minced beef and brown off.

  2. Add the carrots and sweetcorn, Italian seasoning and canned tomatoes.

  3. Add the wine and mushrooms ans simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with pasta.
