| 1/4 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon prepared yellow mustard |
| 6 | tablespoons ketchup |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons brown sugar |
| 1/4 | black pepper |
| 3 | Rolls, Hamburger, Mixed-grain |
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper;
- Drain off liquids.
- Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar
- Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
