Home Made Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
8 ounces Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20%
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
6 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 black pepper
3 Rolls, Hamburger, Mixed-grain
Directions
  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper;

  2. Drain off liquids.

  3. Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar

  4. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
