Makes 4 servings

Fast, easy salad.

Ingredients
4 cups lettuce
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup radish
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cut or chop everything to your liking.

  2. Mix olive oil,vinegar, salt and pepper.

  3. Throw everything into a large bowl and toss it, making sure vegetables are evenly coates with oil and vinegar dressing.
