| 1 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | tblsp baking powder |
| 3/4 | cup sugar |
| 2/3 | cup cream |
| 2 | tblsp unsalted butter |
- mix flour, baking powder, sugar in bowl
- gardually stir in cream
- heat up a frying pan
- add butter to heated pan
- pour in some of the pancake mix to make small flat circles
- when butter starts bubbling on the face down side you can flip the pancakes over
- cook up to how may you want and serve.
