Ozzy Spaghetti

Makes 6 servings

A very sweet and colorful spaghetti dish that is easy to make!

Ingredients
2 tbls olive oil
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 lbs ground beef
26 ounce Condensed tomato Soup
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup celery
1/2 cup water
1 lbs Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
Directions
  1. Add olive oil to warm pan

  2. Slowly cook onion and garlic

  3. Brown ground beef

  4. Drain exsess fat

  5. Add tomato soup

  6. Add 1/2 of the water (1/4 Cup)

  7. Stir till sause is consistant

  8. Slowly stir in remaining water

  9. Add carrots and celery

  10. Simmer on low heat until carrots are tender

  11. (If the sause gets to thick before the carrots are tender, just add a small amount of water)

  12. Pour sause over pasta
