Tofu and carrots in a tangy orange sauce.
| 14 | oz firm tofu |
| 2 | carrots |
| 1/2 | c orange juice |
| 1/4 | c water |
| 2 | tbsp soy sauce |
| 1 | tsp hot sauce |
| 2 | tsp cornstarch |
- Slice carrots. Boil in water until soft.
- Mix juice, water, soy sauce, hot sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat carrots and diced tofu in a pan. Pour sauce over and stir until thickened.
