| 2 | cup diced mango |
| 1 | cup all purpose flour |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/3 | cup maple syrup |
| 1/2 | cup splenda |
| 1/4 | cup egg whites |
| 1/4 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/4 | cup walnuts |
| 1/4 | cup raisins |
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until blended well.
- Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
