Raisin-Walnut-Mango Bread! Recipe

Inspired by Carrots n Cake! :)

Ingredients
2 cup diced mango
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix until blended well.

  3. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
