| 1 | tbsp vegetable oil |
| 1 | tsp ground cumin |
| 1/2 | tsp ground cardamom |
| 1/4 | tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1 | cup mango puree |
| 1 | tbsp honey |
| 1/2 | tsp hot sauce |
| 1 | tbsp cider vinegar |
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium low heat.
- Add the cumin, cardamom, and cinnamon and cook for three minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the mango puree, honey, chili sauce, and vinegar. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. Transfer to a bowl or individual dipping bowls to serve.
