Chicken and Red Potatoes Recipe

Dinner for two

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast, broiled
2 small red potatoes, cubed
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/8 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Broil chicken and divide in half

  2. Wash and cube the red potatoes

  3. Toss with oil and green onion and sprinkle with garlic and black pepper

  4. Put into microwaveable dish and mic until potatoes are done.
