You can also use chicken instead of beef.
| 1 | flour tortilla |
| 1 1/2 | cups lettuce |
| 4 | oz ground beef |
| 4 | tsps taco seasoning mix |
| 3/4 | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| 3 | tbsps fat free sour cream |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place tortilla in oven safe bowl, bake in oven until lightly browned.
- Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning. (Generally done a pound at a time)
- Once tortilla bowl is cooled, add lettuce, beef, cheese, and sour cream.
- Add any other ingredients you would like. Including, but not limited to, fat-free catalina dressing, taco sauce, diced tomatoes, black olives, or chopped onions.
