Baked in oven at 350F for 30 mins, flipping halfway through baking.

Ingredients
1/3 lb. Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1/3 lb. Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
1/3 lb. Ground Veal
1/4 cup Cous Cous, dry
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, dry
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, whole
Directions
  1. put all ingredients into large bowl.

  2. mix.

  3. make into balls.

  4. bake for 30 mins in a pre-heated oven. flipping halfway through.
