Yummy b-fast muffins.

Ingredients
| 3/4 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 2 |
tbsp wheat bran |
| 1/3 |
cup applesauce |
| 1/2 |
cup pure pumpkin |
| 2 |
tbsp toasted wheat germ |
| 1/4 |
cup sugar |
| 2 |
egg whites |
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly spray a muffin pan with nonstick olive oil spray.
- Mix together the first five ingredients.
- Mix together the flaxseed and water to replace eggs.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and add the "egg".
- Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture (may need more applesauce).
- Bake in FOUR muffin tins for 15 to 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
