Revised for my reference... changed the ingredients a bit, as I didn't have all of them on hand.

1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 cup celery
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 dash salt, table
1 egg white
