large carrot |

onion |

bell pepper |
| 1/4 |
c tomato paste |
| 1 1/2 |
c crushed tomatoes |
| 1/8 |
c butter |
| 2 |
tbsp grapeseed oil |
| 2 |
c cooked jasmine rice |
Directions
- Saute vegetables in water from tuna can & grapeseed oil.
- Add in other ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender.
