Tuna Stew

Makes 4 servings

Good heavens!

Ingredients
6 oz tuna
1 large carrot
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
1/4 c tomato paste
1 1/2 c crushed tomatoes
1/8 c butter
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 c cooked jasmine rice
Directions
  1. Saute vegetables in water from tuna can & grapeseed oil.

  2. Add in other ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender.
