Mango Cucumber Relish Recipe

condiment for fish

Ingredients
1 cup mango
2 cups cucumber
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp lime juice
Directions
  1. coarsely grind of all fruit and veggies in food processor, being certain to do the mango seperately so as not to mash it .

  2. Combine in a glass container with seasonings, and allow mixture to sit for an hour or so.
