| 2 | cups cucumber |
| 1/4 | cup green pepper |
| 1/4 | cup onion |
| 1 | tsp garlic |
| 1 | tbs balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tsp brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp hot pepper flakes |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | tsp lime juice |
- coarsely grind of all fruit and veggies in food processor, being certain to do the mango seperately so as not to mash it .
- Combine in a glass container with seasonings, and allow mixture to sit for an hour or so.
