Watermelon Lemonade

Makes 8 servings

Easy and refreshing

Ingredients
8 cups watermelon
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1/4 cups water
1 cup sugar
12 oz vodka
Directions
  1. Working in batches, blend watermelon and lemon juice in processor or blender until smooth. Transfer to pitcher.

  2. Bring 3-1/2 cups water and sugar to boil in medium saucepan over high heat, stirring until desolved.

  3. Add hot syrup to pitcher with watermelon-lemon juice. Refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.

  4. Fill tall glasses with ice. Add 1-1/2 oz lemon flavored vodka if desired. Pour Watermelon Lemonade over ice and garnish glasses with lemon wedges.
