Shrimp over lettuce leaves with sauce
| 232 | grams shrimp |
| 8 | chili peppers |
| 1/2 | cup lemon juice |
| 1 | tbsp cilantro |
| 1 | tbsp parsley |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 4 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 2 | tbsp lime juice |
| 4 | lettuce leaves |
- Combine peppers, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, garlic in blender - blend with 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- Marinate shrimp for 20 mins in 1/2 the sauce.
- Fry shrimp in 2 tbsp oil, place on lettuce with remainder of sauce.
