Shrimp Piri Piri Recipe

Shrimp over lettuce leaves with sauce

Ingredients
232 grams shrimp
8 chili peppers
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp parsley
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lime juice
4 lettuce leaves
Directions
  1. Combine peppers, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, garlic in blender - blend with 1/2 cup of olive oil.

  2. Marinate shrimp for 20 mins in 1/2 the sauce.

  3. Fry shrimp in 2 tbsp oil, place on lettuce with remainder of sauce.
