Ingredients
1 egg
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 whole wheat hamburger bun
Directions
  1. I like to cook this in the George Foreman grill. You can use a grill pan, or a BBQ if you prefer.
