BRUNCH CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups MILK
1/2 cup BISQUICK
6 tablespoons MARGARINE, MELTED
1 pinch OF SALT
6 EGGS
1 cup HAM
1 cup CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
Directions
  1. COMBINE MILK, BUSQUICK, MARGARINE, SALT AND EGGS IN A BLENDER, MIX WELL.

  2. TURN INTO UNGREASED PYREX DISH.

  3. ADD MEAT, POKING INTO BATTER.

  4. TOP WITH CHEESE.

  5. BAKE AT 350 UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN, ABOUT 45 MINUTES. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING,
