Love this Italian main course over white rice.
|
Ingredients
| 1 |
chicken breast, bonless, cubed |
| 1 |
tbsp olive oil |
| 2 |
cups mushrooms, sliced |
| 1/2 |
green onions, chopped |
| 1/4 |
cup marsala wine |
| 1 |
tbsp all purpose flour |
Directions
- In a 2 quart pan, add the olive oil and cook the chicken until fully cooked. What I like to also do is brown it a bit.
- Remove the chicken and keep it warm. In the same pan, add the mushroom and onions, cook for about 3 minutes.
- Mix the marsala and the wine together, add to the pot. Cook for about 1 minute. Add the chicken back into the pot and mix well, cook until the marsala is a bit thick.
- Serve over rice of your choice.
