pineapple, capsicum & stir fry cut beef

| 16 | oz pineapple |
| 1 | bell pepper |
| 4 | c rice |
- get the rice cooking
- cut & prep ingredients
- blend liquids and set aside
- saute beef in wok, remove
- deglaze pan with liquids
- add pineapple and bell pepper, cook till just softening
- add beef & stir till heated evenly and sause clings pleasantly to the beef and vegetables
- serve with rice
