Pineapple Beef Stir Fry Recipe

pineapple, capsicum & stir fry cut beef

Ingredients
1 lb beef
16 oz pineapple
1 bell pepper
4 c rice
Directions
  1. get the rice cooking

  2. cut & prep ingredients

  3. blend liquids and set aside

  4. saute beef in wok, remove

  5. deglaze pan with liquids

  6. add pineapple and bell pepper, cook till just softening

  7. add beef & stir till heated evenly and sause clings pleasantly to the beef and vegetables

  8. serve with rice
