yummy banana smoothie tastes great and doesnt have too many calories :-)

Ingredients
1 cup of organic vanilla soymilk
1/2 of a banana
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of honey
Directions
  1. Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth

  2. Enjoy
