Papaya Salad Recipe

Salad made with unripe grated papaya

Ingredients
250 g
50 g red cabbage, raw
50 g artichoke heart, marinated
50 g lettuce
15 g peanuts, roasted, unsalted
40 g shrimps, small, steamed
Directions
Grate the papaya, thinly slice the red cabbage, cut the artichoke hearts in 1/8th, shred the lettuce, mix with 1 Tbsp of your choice of salad dressing (not counted here), arrange the shrimps on top, sprinkle with the roasted peanuts.
