| 15 | g peanuts, roasted, unsalted |

Grate the papaya, thinly slice the red cabbage, cut the artichoke hearts in 1/8th, shred the lettuce, mix with 1 Tbsp of your choice of salad dressing (not counted here), arrange the shrimps on top, sprinkle with the roasted peanuts.Categories
