Protein Burger Recipe

Lettuce bun -- but meat fat content incorrect as should be 85% lean, must add 65 cal to recipe

Ingredients
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
80 g Beef
2 slices tomato
15 g swiss cheese
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp pickle
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
  1. Mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper

  2. Put patty on grill for 2 minutes

  3. Slice tomato, prepare cheese, cut iceberg head in 2 and separate leaves to create 'bun'

  4. When flipping patty, put cheese slice on top

  5. Slide patty on top of lettuce, add other condiment, close the bun and eat
