Fudge: |

| 1 | cup water |
| 5 | oz unsweetened chocolate |
| 1/3 | cup mascarpone cheese |
Dry Ingredients: |

| 3 | cups flour |
| 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 3/4 | cups chocolate chips, semi-sweet |
Wet Ingredients: |
|
| 2 1/4 | cups granulated sugar |
| 1 | tbsp vanilla extract |
| 1 | cup vegetable oil |
| 3 | eggs |
Ganache: |
|
| 2/3 | cup heavy cream |
| 1/2 | tbsp vanilla extract |
| 1 | cup chocolate chips |
- Boil the water, add the unsweetened chocolate and mix until melted. Add the cheese, mix well, and let it cool.
- Mixed al the dry ingredients in a bowl
- With a hand mixer, mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Add the fudge to the wet ingredients and mix
- Add the dry ingredients in three time and mix manually.
- Fill the cup cakes u to the ¾ part of the baking cup.
- Cook at 350º for 25 minutes
- Let them cool for one hour
- For the ganache, heat the cream and the vanilla until it starts to boil. Add the chocolate chips and mix until melted.
- Dip the cup cakes in the ganache
