Fall-themed brownies.

Ingredients
| 8 |
egg whites |
| 1 |
cup sugar |
| 1/2 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1 |
cup pumpkin |
| 1 |
tsp. vanilla |
| 1 |
tablespoon unsweetened applesauce |
| 1 1/4 |
cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1 |
cup flour |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat a 9x13" baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs whites and sugars until smooth.
- Beat in the pumpkin, vanilla and applesauce.
- Sift together cocoa and flour. Add to the pumpkin mixture, beating just until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- The brownies will still be a little soft in the center.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 3-5 minutes before cutting.
