Caramelized Banana

Tasty with a dollop of cool whip free!

Ingredients
1 banana, extra small
1 tsp brown sugar
Directions
  1. Cut small banana (less than 6") in half and spray with zero calorie butter spray

  2. Sprinkle brown sugar on banana

  3. Grill or fry in a pan sprayed with PAM to caramelize, turning once

  4. Optional: add cool whip or reddi whip
