Vegan Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

Mashed avocado, blended with silk vanilla soymilk, sugar, and vanilla.

Ingredients
3/4 avocado
1/2 cup silk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
  1. Peel, core, and dice avocado.

  2. In a food processor, mash avodaco.

  3. Gradually blend in silk, alternating with sugar.

  4. Mix in the vanilla extract; pour into a resealable container and freeze for 4+ hours.
