Directions
- cook rice according to packaging instructions
- in a separate pan saute garlic and onion with vegetable oil
- add carrots, let cook foe teo minutes
- add bell peppers and peas
- add eggs and scramble, cook foe 2 minutes
- add cooked rice and soy sauce
- mix and let stand for a few minutes
