fried rice

Makes 10 servings

fried rice

Ingredients
1 lb frozen peas
1/2 lb carrots
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 cups rice
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
Directions
  1. cook rice according to packaging instructions

  2. in a separate pan saute garlic and onion with vegetable oil

  3. add carrots, let cook foe teo minutes

  4. add bell peppers and peas

  5. add eggs and scramble, cook foe 2 minutes

  6. add cooked rice and soy sauce

  7. mix and let stand for a few minutes
