Apple and pear crust pie

| 1 | lb apple |
| 1 | lb pear |
| 1/2 | tsp orange zest |
| 1/2 | tsp lemon zest |
| 1 | tbsp orange juice |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1/4 | cup granulated sugar |
| 1/8 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp nutmeg |
Topping: |

| 3/4 | cup flour |
| 3/8 | cup granulated sugar |
| 3/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 | cup oatmeal |
| 1 | stick butter |
- Peel ann dice the apples and the pears, and mixed with the rest fo the filling ingredients and put it in a pirex
- Put all the topping ingredient in the mixer and then redistribute them over the fruit.
- Bake it for 50 min at 350 degrees
