Apple and Pear Pie Recipe

Apple and pear crust pie

Ingredients

Filling:
1 lb apple
1 lb pear
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/8 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Topping:
3/4 cup flour
3/8 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 stick butter
Directions
  1. Peel ann dice the apples and the pears, and mixed with the rest fo the filling ingredients and put it in a pirex

  2. Put all the topping ingredient in the mixer and then redistribute them over the fruit.

  3. Bake it for 50 min at 350 degrees
