| 2 1/2 | tsp. olive oil |
| 1 | tsp parsley |
| 40 | g sun dried tomatoes |
| 1/4 | cup lemon juice |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pack into a small container or bowl.
- Drizzle a bit of extra olive oil over the hummus, sprinkle with a bit of extra parsley.
