Salmon rolls

Makes 8 servings

Salmon and bell pepper rolls

Ingredients
300 g fresh salmon
150 g bell peppers, yellow and red
2 tbsp oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cut the salmon in long thin stripes. Place 3-4 strips of bell pepper, then roll tightly.Saute in oil in a pan till the fish is cooked through. Season to taste.
